Annual Holiday Dessert Swap Party!

Saturday, December 5th

7:30pm in the Mulholland Lounge

Please bring a holiday dessert to share. It could be cookies, cake, fudge, pie, or whatever your favorite homemade holiday treat is. Bring copies of the recipe with you too. At the event, we all snack on eachother's homemade holiday goodies and swap recipes.

Feel free to bring along holiday music, games, and whatever else you think would be fun to have at the party.

Everyone is welcome to come, so bring your significant other and your children (if you have any). All med school couples are invited, so pass the word around to other med couples.

Third Annual Carter Mountain Orchard Day!

It's time for our annual Carter Mountain Orchard Day!

Please join the group for some fall fun at Charlottesville's own Carter Mountain Orchard. Pick your own apples, drink fresh apple cider, eat homemade cider donuts, pick out a pumpkin, and more. Bring your significant other, you children, and anyone else who wants to come along.

Carter Mountain is a great place for a picnic lunch too.

Start of '09-'10 School Year Potluck at Dean Pearson's

Dean Pearson will be hosting a potluck dinner at his home on Friday, August 21st at 6:30PM. This event is sponsored by the Significant Others Group and is open to all students and their significant others (girl/boyfriend, fiancé, spouse, roommate, or anyone you consider significant). Children are also welcome to come. Mrs. Pearson will be preparing lasagna, and drinks and desserts will be provided. Please bring an entrée or side dish to share with everyone.

End of the School Year Event

On Saturday, May 2nd, Dean Pearson and his wife will be hosting a potluck dinner at their home at 6:00pm.

All med students are invited to bring their significant other (be it someone they are married to, engaged to, dating, their mom, their BFF, or anyone they consider significant).
